I just got my sim card in the mail. I Go to use the app to sign in but when I get up to the part where I have to pay I hit "pay now" and it just doesn't progress.
On web I go to subscribe and I end up getting an error message (ERROR: XXX). I tried on Chrome and Fire Fox.

don't make any more payment attempts. If this is a new account and you've selected a new number, try the sim in your phone to see if it works.

check your payment card just to make sure the payment isn’t showing. Worst case, perhaps ask a customer support agent to assist with the activation.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request). Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts, or,
Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
