@HowieG Just pick closer street near you that has same postal code , also you can pick SIM card up from Telus Koodo store or order from Amazon be quicker then waiting for sim from public mobile

First thing… you can only activate the SIM and account on the PM app on his phone.
Second, PM only looks at the Postal Code.

is that a new address for new area? are you putting in the address that linked to the credit card? did you start typing slowly and let the auto lookup to complete the address?
