changed method of auto payment, now can't make calls or texts
my acct doesn't show inactive or anything due, so why is my plan cancelled or not working as of this morning?

@NATEOLS Try to reboot the phone if you haven’t already or reset network settings , if today is your renewal day and you just updated credit card info you will need to make manual payment

if still not right get support to investigate
submit ticket with support using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

did you make the card update after the account was suspended? you need to make a manual payment in such case to resume service. There should be a Pay Now button there
