I have tried numerous cards to update payment method and they all failed. They are all good cards and I getting beyond frustrated with you whole system.

The website has known cache issues. The way to work around it is to go to your browser settings, enter Cache into the search and clear your cache lifetime. Then close your entire browser, open it up again and go into incognito mode or private mode. Log back in and try again.

use a laptop and incognito mode to update the cc info. If that still fails, use this link to message Customer Support for their help...
