My phone was Stolen and I am not able to deactivate my account because My email wont go through.

@IneedHelp35 Call 1-855-4PUBLIC and disable your AutoPay. Purchase a new sim card and submit a ticket for help with getting back into your account to change your sim number.
Keep in mind that you will need to be able to verify that you are the account holder.

@IneedHelp35 , have you forgotten your password? Have you tried the password reset? If you have and it doesn't work for you, then you need to contact the moderator team. BTW, you don't have to deactivate the account, just declare phone lost/stolen which will suspend the service.
