Hello,
Every time I try to enter a new credit card, it just says "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later."
I tried clearing cache, etc, but doesn't appear to be a browser issue.
Yes, I am using the correct credit card number, expiry date, CVV.

You need to remove your previous card before adding your new one and then it should all work
@37800606m FYI: currently only CSAs can remove a credit card. The best you can do without their help is turn off autopay.

How about if turn off your phone and turn on again, sometimes this can fix lot of problems:)

But since you tried and not good, please use Incognito/Private mode or try on another machine/phone

Log in to your account using a different web browser...Firefox works here. Also, clear cache files and log in using incognito mode/

But you might have already tried too many times. Just want another 2 hours first, then using Incognito mode or other browser to try once more
