I did all the phone number transfer as per instructions. Everything went well but the number was not transfer. I phone Rogers. They said the transfer request was not properly placed by Public Mobile but they preapproved the transfer. Now the Public Mobile has to send a new proper transfer request. I have tried to phone Telus number that I had received with SMS for four days. Guess what nobody replies. I need the Public Mobile team to send a new request to Rogers. Thanks

I will private message you the Telus porting phone number. This number can be only used for porting issues. Make sure to Keep your Roger's SIM card in your phone to receive the port authorization text. Also, your roger's account needs to be active.
