I just received my sim cards today but the Black Friday promotion (20G for $35 monthly) is expired. The customer agent from online chat told me that they will honor the promotion as long as the purchased was made within promotion period. To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:
If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

I would open ticket with CS agent first and ask them , get their answer as a proof
please message them:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
