Good Afternoon,
I just received my sim cards today but the Black Friday promotion (20G for $35 monthly) is expired. The customer agent from online chat told me that they will honor the promotion as long as the purchased was made within promotion period. I am new to the community and wonder who should I contact to make the plan manually added. Thank you in advance. My order# is 316676.

I would say the chat option would be helpful, or send a message.
I had the same issue and they were able to fix me up.

@Maye1985 Your lucky to still get that promotion. For help with that you'll have to contact a CSA asap by sending a private message to CS_Agent

Promo officially ended yesterday but try to talk to agent:

I would open ticket with CS agent first and ask them , get their answer as a proof

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
them them what activation portal chat said. Once they are ok with it, then you can go and activate
