Hi,
I want to subscribe for the 50gb 5g plan for 35$. Currently in the subscription/activation process the 10gb plan is selected and i cannot change it to the one i want. Spoke with the live chat support and they directed me here. I already bought a sim card based on advice from a preview person from chat.
I am out so i really need to qctivate my sim so i can get home.

Hi,
Sorry for the delay, but my issue has been resolved by following suggestions in this thread.
So here's a recap of what I did. I proceeded with purchase of the 10GB plan (the one I did not what) and activated it (downloaded PM app, etc...). I messaged CS_Agent explaining the issue and requested to have the 50GB plan instead. CS changed the plan on their end and I only paid the difference between the two plans. Same was reflected almost immediately in the PM app.

I am a new customer and using the website. The 29$ plan got selected and i want to switch to 35$ before proceeding. But in the options that shows up after clicking change plan, the 35$ plan is not present

so, your account is not fully setup yet, you can still change plan by asking support

@SS6 So you can use the link in my first reply to bet support to help change it for you , or you could just activate on the 10GB plan and then immediately make plan change for next renewal to the $35 plan . If you can bet by on 10GB for the first 30 days

Hey there, thanks for replying. I am not switching from esim to physical sim. I bought a physical sim which is still new and I have created an account on the PM website and in the process of puchasing/activating (with the new sim). However, the 10gb plan is the one currently selected, while i need the 50gb plan. And in the activation flow i am not able to switch and select the 50gb plan. So i cannot proceed, this is where i am stuck.

@SS6 you are a new customer? Are you trying to sign up through the PM app or from the website. As a new customer you should be seeing all options to subscribe to but please confirm.

are you existing PM customers? if you are, you wont be able to see all plans to change to
what is your current plan? is it more expensive than the $35 ? if it is, do you see a $29 plan? some said you can change to $29 plan first using Change now, then you will see the $35 plan. But even you see it, dont use change now again to change to $35 , just use change on renewal or you will pay twice on the same day

@SS6 You need to download the PM app to activate the SIM card , or did you first start with eSIM and have now told to get physical SIM card ? If that’s the case you will need support to sim swap the number for you
