Hello I'm a new account.
ESIM setup .
I then ported my Chatr phone # and calls and data work fine with the new transferred #.
Only thing not working is the SMS send and receive.
It seems to stuck on "setting up" with the original temporarily public mobile # (which I an not using as I ported my old Chatr number).

I suggested that Jade "Sticky" it or "Pin" it in the support section as it would help the load of people looking for help. But nope.

Yes, if only SMS an issue, it is a PM system problem with new activation. Voice, data both work but just SMS is the problem. And with the SMS problem, it will affect account verification. PM is aware of the problem and can only fix the issue one account at a time.

First, please remove your phone number and picture ASAP! This is a public forum and not private.
Public Mobile is dealing with issues when it comes to SMS on Android and iMessages and FaceTime and such. There is no ETA of when it will be resolved. Here is their announcement.

Data works as well.
It's only SMS and MMS that is not working
