Hi
I am new customer. Onoine, I choose eSIM card but my phone is not compatible. I brought a physical sim card but could not change the option (esim to sim). How to go back to physical sim card?

You should be able to change your SIM card number via your self service account.

hi @Miralia11 did you try to change sim card by going to the App, them Account page and find the sim card number there to update??
