Please help, I’ve been using my public mobile number for two years and the majority the time I do not receive my incoming calls. I saw a post that said to message the MOD to have them refresh the network? I have not transferred from another device provider. I have tried my SIM in another device same problem.

Are you in the same area during the “majority of time” ?

Try it.
What brand and model of phone do you have?
Has it ever been repaired? Antennae may have been damaged or disconnected.

Hmmm that’s a good test!
How many bars are you getting?
How about friends or neighbors at your same locations?
Check here for closeness to towers.

@SuzanneFar If this issue has been going on for almost two years (even if intermittently) then you should really have contacted customer support long before now as it maybe that your SIM needs to be re-provisioned, however, hopefully you've now submitted a ticket.
