Just made the transfer to this provider yesterday, and am confused as to why I can only text (but not to androids) and make calls while I’m on wifi?

@Courts1 The 90 minute deadline is for leaving your old providers sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port . If you need more assistance from support to resend the port request you can get help from support . One way to know for certain is the port didn’t complete or not is to text your old providers sim does it still work ?

I might have to start this process over? I just looked back into my email and noticed a Public Mobile email that had a QR code attached. So I’ve clearly messed up the 90 minute deadline.
is there an option to starting the process over again?

You're probably sending iMessages and not SMS texts, those use a data connection, including wifi. So most likely you aren't properly connected to the Public wireless network yet, it didn't get setup properly.

You can go into your network settings and choose the Public Mobile eSIM as your PRIMARY then reboot.

@Courts1 Did you put a Public Mobile sim into your phone and re-start it?

Hello @Courts1
Public Mobile does not offer WiFi calling. With regards to texting, you may wish to go into your settings and reset your network settings and then reboot.
Can you at least make calls and receive calls? Use data? If you ported over, does your old SIM card still work in your phone?
