Since yesterday I am unable to make or receive calls. I get the message "...talk is not included in your current plan...". I have read through the forums and tried the various solutions presented but nothing works.
This is a huge inconvienece obviously.

Once I got a mod on the case my problem was resolved quickly.

This is starting to seem unreal to me. My problem started Thrusday it is now Monday evening and I have still not heard anything from someone with the powers to fix my problem.
Perhaps this sounds like whining, but I did pay for cell phone service, i would expect it to work!?!
4 days seems unreasonable. I have sent a PM to the mods as well and nothing...
Is this normal for Public Mobile?

@kdicks Tagging a mod is only one way to contact them. Best thing to get your issue resolved quickly is send them a private message with all your relevant account details and detail the problem. So they ahve everytihing they need.
