Try Reset all networks on your phone. That resolved my friend's voice problem just yesterday

you tried reboot the phone already? Text and Mobile data work?
did you check if your account status is Active? Please login My Account using Incognito mode and check
try changing your phone Preferred network type or network mode to 3G Only (WCDMA)? check if the phone connects at all. If not, it is a 3G network issue in your area. You can see it working if you check in another area
Or if you have a newer phone, check the Preferred network back to 4G or LTE or Automatic and turn on VoLTE
If you have another phone, test your sim there. This will for a sim reprovision it could resolve the issue without agent's help
