Cannot connect to 5G network

Subcribed to 5G speed plan and using samsung Z fold 3 but cannot connect to 5G network. Can only get 4G+ at the most, frequently get H connection. And help?im in GTA

that's impossible to connect to 4G network and get the speed over 100Mbps

when you're on a 5G plan, even if you're connected to 4G network, you will have a speed higher than the capped speed of 100Mbps on a 4G speed plan.

Try reset all networks 

and 4G+ should give you a speed over 100Mbps, speed test and see how fast it is

And test in different area and maybe you see 5G.  Not all area has good 5G yet.

Sounds like you need to do a network reset.

Go into your Android settings and find the network settings and reset them and reboot. See if that works. If not, go into your network settings and remove Automatic and pick Public Mobile. Reboot. See if that works.
