Cannot complete phone number transfer from virgin

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Hi!  I’m having trouble completing the transaction to port my number from virgin.  I cannot cancel the transaction and start over.  I’m stuck on the last page and says I need to contact support.  So here I am lol.  It needs to be reset or looked at by an agent.

From the frist message of this thread, activation was never completed.  In the this type of situaiton, the porting team should not be contacted.
