My account shows that I only have one active friend as a referral when it should be three. I know they are active, I pay the bills.
How can this be fixed?

any chance the referred account missed the payment by couple days? if it missed that way, and happen around your renewal time, you will not that that referral point on the renewal

if you pay that bill, then you are on both side of the referral. You have a shot to get it sorted out. Ask support agent to check and provide them screenshot
