Referrals Missing From Account

My account shows that I only have one active friend as a referral when it should be three. I know they are active, I pay the bills.

How can this be fixed?

Unless it's your renewal date and you've just been awarded points for those referrals, your Public Mobile account does not give any indication of the number of active referrals that you have.   There is a graph, but that only shows the number of recently new referrals each month.

The referals are all older than one month, one has been active for almost 5 years.

All referal accounts are set up for automatic billing.

If those are new referral, it could take 2-3 days for the total number of referrals to be updated on your account

any chance the referred account missed the payment by couple days? if it missed that way, and happen around your renewal time, you will not that that referral point on the renewal

if you pay that bill, then you are on both side of the referral.  You have a shot to get it sorted out.  Ask support agent to check and provide them screenshot
