Currently on the $10 plan and signed up to change plans on renewal date tomorrow. I have decided to remain on the $10 plan, but cannot change plans or even show up the option to cancel upcoming changes on renewal date. No options to choose from either.
Cleared the cache, went into incognito mode, and tried other browsers. Nothing.
I don't wish to change plans now, and if I don't have the option to cancel it today, it'll go into effect tomorrow.
Anyone with insight?

@GOUPX Go online click on plan details. You should be able to see your scheduled plan change.Just select it and Cancel it. If the plan is not listed that means the plan change was not setup.

Maybe try rebooting your phone, it just might reset the account if you're still having issues.

Changing upon renewal is always the best option so you don't lose any funds you already paid and in case you change your mind.

@GOUPX , if you have signed up for a plan change on renewal, the plan change will not have taken place yet. So if you don't want to proceed with the change, simply select cancel plan change. You will remain on your current plan.

Sometimes the system does that, wait a few hours and log back in and you should see the option to cancel the plan change

I am unable to change plans right now also with two of my accounts. I am using Safari. Might be a glitch in the system.
Might want to wait 1-2 hours and re-try again.
