Have tried several days and it keeps saying "Sorry, not at this time, try again later" Just need a new renewal date on my credit card. When will this service be available again?

These are good tips/advice.
Different users may experience or have different issues as to why it is not working for them.
I have seen numerous posts where it's been weeks with no luck.
The waiting, the browser issue, using different devices, even vouchers not been accepted.
So if someone has only 1 credit card, then what?
This has got to be fixed now. It's been way too long with too many complaints.
Public Mobile has got to do better.

Might also want to try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.
By chance, is your credit card postal code the same as your area code of your phone number?

Unfortunately Public Mobile has no phone support. This had been ongoing since as far back as December 2023. Only thing to say is keep trying, eventually it must work. 🤞

@Brian17 And @phoneuser1234 this has been an ongoing issue for sometime now . If you can wait a full 24 hours and try again incognito private mode or use the app instead . Also note if in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers 7-11 shell gas or recharge .com for a fee . And load it *611 to resume services right away . If still no luck please submit ticket with support to confirm and fix

@Brian17 - It can take up to 24 hours to work again, but if you need Public Mobile service reinitiated ASAP, buy one at Recharge or physical locations here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/payment-voucher
How to load it up?
1. Hit payments
2.Press 'Redeem payment Voucher, then after doing step 3, go back here & then jump to step 4.
3. Redeem the payment voucher then go back to payments & go to step 2.2
4. Toggle the switch to on and you'll reinitiate the public mobile service.

I am having the same issue, please someone help. It is extremely frustrating not being able to talk to a human on the phone, this would be solved in a minute.
