Hi,
I recently created a new public mobile account that was registered with an e-mail but I am unable to access my original pm account that is linked to my phone number and a current phone plan that is currently put on hold. I have been trying to find a way to access the original account in order to update payment info but there is no way to get into it. I still have my phone and the plan service is currently on hold and I can still receive text messages from Public Mobile and also get Eversafe confirmation codes but I cannot access my account still because I don't have the e-mail login info. I still have my phone with the Public Mobile SIM card. Please help me access my original account so I can update my payment and resume service.

You can pay with pm vouchers using 611 on your phone to reactivate your service. Then figure out the email problem.

If you don’t have your email information just click on Forgot Email and it will show your partial email address to the account but if that fails, you need to private message a CS_Agent to assist you with login into your account and retrieve your original account at:
