hi there, I am unable to cancel my partner's public mobile service because she left canada and now cannot receive the verification code to enter the account and cancel it. Can anyone help? I already got charged a second time when I wanted to have cancelled it September 1st!!!!

To expand on the idea of pausing the card, you can be sure of the date if you dial 1-855-4pu-blic on your phone and enter that number and it will tell you the next renewal date and balance (if any). That date will be the new paid period. So pause the card before midnight eastern of that day and then unpause in the morning eastern of that day.

@Teteprado You can ask support to help remove the credit card on file . Or if you know the last day you were charged 30 days later it will renew again and you can pause your credit card so it won’t go thru then unpause it the next day
