Paid my bill lastnight. 11:31 p.m. Services worked as usual once paid. Worked from that time lastnight until 7 a.m this morning. Lte and sms quit working. Logged into my account. Says it suspended again in less than 24hrs of paying it lastnight and says it needs to be paid again. Online meta clown is useless. If I cant get help to resolve this in next couple min. Im leaving public mobile.

you should get the initial reply from @CS_Agent within an hour asking you some verification questions. For simply issues like this, usually it will be sorted within 2 to 4 hours
