Hi,
Public mobile's recent website update cancelled my wife's phone number.
Any ideas how to fix this issue?

@CD73 If it’s been suspended more then 90 days the account will be closed completely

@CD73 has she logged in using eversafe? What happens if she tries that?

Are any of her services working? Did the credit card on her account suffer some fraud elsewhere and chargebacks were made?
What recording do you get from that toll free number mentioned earlier?

@CD73 did you not pay for 90 days since suspension?
call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone, then enter your wife number and check if the system can locate your wife account
It could be just suspended and not "cancelled phone number". If suspended, just need to make a payment and resume service

PM will Not cancelled any account out of blue. That account could be suspended due to no pay. Suspended means no service but number and account stay 'live' for up to 90 days; after that account is deleted.
There could be a case when PM can cancel account due to abuse or fraud or similar illegal activities...

Auto pay can fail
To make payment and reactivate plan .. if you know PIN number you can *611 with a voucher and *611 no PIN needed . You can also do this by by calling 18554PUBLIC . otherwise log into self serve make manual payment and reactivate service and or update credit card if necessary
