Cancelled Subscription but still charged. please refund

Dear sir/madam,

 I cancelled my subcription last month. But still charged/Auto payment done this month.  Can you please advise?

so, you are can still login My Account ?  if you can , confirm if the Subscribed is disabled under Payment page, it could be the reason of the issue

but also check with PM.  Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

@JP91  Kindly remove your personal info from here. This is a public forum and your info is not secured. In order to cancel account, please open a ticket using the orange chat bubble on the bottom right, and someone from PM can look into this for you.  Have you gone into your account page and turned off subscription by chance? In the app, go to subscription, manage subscription, subscription renewal, and then click unsubscribe. Hope this helps
