@Frhtorhn remove the screenshot, you don't want to show your IMEI. Also, the screen does not show much about whether you have eSIM or not. Also, remove your email address
check your Settings-> Cellular screen, do you see Public Mobile sim showing? toggle on "Turn on this line" and set it as "Primary" if it is there
if you really cannot find the PM esim, ask PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

first check the phones Settings-> Cellular or sim manager.
do you see the Public Mobile esim there?
if not, you should have got an email from PM, the QR code is there to use.
if not, then you can message support , and agent can help to send it to you again. Use this link and they will reply between 9am and 10pm eastern everyday.
