You should still be able to login to your account with the gmail and password. The 2FA code will be sent to your phone to access your account.

This is a public forum and you shouldn’t post personal info. I’m sure when an oracle spots your post they will edit it. As far as canceling, the only way is to just stop paying your monthly bill and after 90 days it will be cancelled.

@Debbieo Please tap the little v in a circle top right of your post and edit out your phone number and email, this is a public web page that anyone on the internet can read. To cancel your number you just log in to your Public Mobile account and change "subscribed" to "unsubscribed" and this account will be closed after 90 days of non-payment. If you need to contact customer service to remove your credit card from that account (they seldom check this forum) then open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page or send them a private message using this link
