Please give me email to ceo s office for public .HE needs to know how much business they are loosing because of the horrible AI bots running the account and payment system. I have been 2+months and hours and hours trying to give my new credit card number its been torture and my account is cut of .

Unfortunately, a few customers are still having issues with updating credit card information. PM is aware of the issues and working on a fix.
You can also try with PM app (with locator on). If via website, you can also try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try a different credit card (if available).

2 plus month and your still here? I would have left long ago. Just a warning if you don't get your account active by the end of 90 days of no payment you account will close and your number will be gone. Make sure you use one of the links below that one of the others posted to contact them and get it fix before it's to late.

still can't update card ?...get to Shell gas, Walmart or London Drug and buy Public Mobile payment vouchers, then dial 611 to add them to your account to renew your plan. Then deal with Customer Support at your leisure.
