Hi @TJ468 

Click on this link and it will bring you to your mail box. Ask them to remove your credit card from file. Then screenshot the conversation to protect your interests in case a charge goes through in the future.

Removing your card will not result in your credit score.

Thanks, will the nonpaying disconnect due to removing the card result in bad credit score. How do I contact a customer care agent

@TJ468  There are 3 ways to cancel /quit PM 

1 port number out 

2 turnoff auto subscribe 

Turn auto subscribe off/on

Yes I want to cancel my account because I want to continue using my services with chatter since they have customer service, will removing autopay result in bad credit score. I dont want to port this number to another provider since I already have ongoing service. Thanks

Stop paying the bill and your account will be deleted after 90+ days of no payment.
- Remove credit card info from your account (ask agent to do that for you).
- Declare your phone lost/stolen and account will be immediately suspended. Then after 90+ days deleted.
- Transfer your phone number to another provider. Account is deleted immediately.

Hi @TJ468 

You can log into your account and go to your subscription page and turn off auto payment. That there will close your account as no further payments will go through. You will have 89 days to come back if you choose. 

Another way to close your account is to port out your phone number to another service. Once that has been completed, the account is automatically closed.
