@richardknelsen All phone lines are on the same account number though
I ported in a number to Public Mobile that was on an account with two lines on another carrier and the other line remained with that carrier.

@richardknelsen If you port one line in to Public Mobile the other two will remain with Koodo. I'm not sure what you mean about can't access but to open a ticket via private message at the link @Chalupa_Batman gave you only need to be logged in to this community.

Well when you transfer an account from Koodo, you do have to reach out to a CS Agent still. Once that account/number has been transferred, that account will automatically close. The other accounts will still stay open.

@richardknelsen Either port your phone number to another carrier which will automatically close your Public Mobile account, or toggle off "subscribed" in your account and the account will close after 90 days of non-payment. If you are a new customer having problems activating and can't do either of those things then open a ticket with customer service at the chat icon bottom right of this page.

Hello @richardknelsen
Three ways to cancel.
Log into your account, go to the payment section and turn off auto pay. That will turn off your account.
Port your number to another provider. That automatically closes your account.
If you're unable to log in, please create a ticket.
