Can you put the new sim in a phone and dial 611 and tell us what it says?
This is a prepaid service that does not generally provide refunds. It's not their responsibility that you signed up a new account when all you needed to do was to change the sim in your existing account. And then you found your old sim.

If you started a new account and typed in your new sim and paid for a plan then no. So as suggested earlier, log in to the new account and unsubscribe for the auto-renew. Use the service. Then let it expire.
Then put the old sim back in and return to using that service. But watch for the dates on that account right now.
Some regulars might say try your luck with support and yet at the same time they comment on others giving false hope. So go figure.
With your old sim in a phone, dial 611 to listen to the account status.

I already have the old account activated. I went for a trip and had difficult time to find my old sim when I came back from my travel. So I purchased new sim card and paid for a plan.
Then I find my old sim and I currently no need the plan that I just purchased. But u don't know how to cancel the plan

You said earlier that you had made a new account with your new sim.
Did you have a new sim in hand when you made a new account?

I haven't active my sim card. I no need the plan that I already purchased. Is it possible to cancel the subscribe with refund?

PM is a prepaid service so there are no refund.
If your old SIM still works (kept up with monthly payments). You can sell or give away the SIM.
If the old SIM doesn’t work (nonpayment longer than 90 days), you need to change the SIM card number to the new SIM number in your account to continue service.

if the Sim card you found has had active service within the last 90 days, then you’re fine and the worst you’ll need to do is make a payment to resume service.
If it’s been more than 120 days since your last payment, then the account is defunct, and you may as well keep going with the new SIM card.
put the found Sim card in your device and dial 611 to listen to messaging about the account status and go from there.

The order of events doesn't sound right. So did you pay for a new account and use the new sim? Did you already have an account which was attached to the old sim? It sounds like all you really needed to do was change the sim on the account. Not start a whole new account. And then you found the old sim.
Not sure what support might do here. I think you'll need to log in to the new account and turn off autopay. That way it won't renew. I think you'll need to eat the cost of the sim and the 30 days. You could always use it in the meantime. Then it expires and you go back to your old sim and old account.
If I understand things right.

HI @lingling
So, you already activated the new sim card with a plan?
if you need the 4 digits pin, call *611 with the new sim card in the phone, and disable Autopay there
If you don't have the pin, then login My Account on the new account (the one with the new sim card), go to Payment , then Manage Subscription, and toggle off "Subscribted"
With one of the above steps done, PM will stop renewing your account at the end of this cycle on that new sim card. Account will be formally closed 90 days after
