I had ordered a new sim card and have waiting a few days now for it to come. I believe they tried coming twice now but i never know when they are coming to deliver the sim card. I am looking to see if i can add a note on the delivery that in the event I am not there, my condo building has a parcel room that they can leave it in. If this is not possible if I can cancel the shipment and then buy the simcard physically at a location.
Thank you

Hey @m_erivas1
It is my understanding you have to sign for it. Hence the reason why they are not just leaving it behind. There is no way to cancel the order since it's already there. You can however reach out to UPS and ask them to leave it at a local store like Staples and you can sign for it there. If you want it faster, here's how.
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.
Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99
Side note, it's $10 at a store if you can find it and $4.99 at Amazon.

If you know the delivering party (UPS etc) and have a tracking #, then yes you can contact the delivering agent and put a note on the tracking # for the extra information. If its Canada Post standard, then you will not be able to reach them. Perhaps your building has a concierge / front desk that you can contact who manages the parcels?
