Cancel my subscription

Hi Customer service support. I am unable to reach out to anyone for help. I want to cancel my subscription that i just signed up for. Please help me cancel my subscription and issue a refund as there is no proper customer service

You can cancel anytime by login to the PM app and disable the Subscribe button to stop payment. It will cancel after 90 days of nonpayment.

Or you can just port out to another carrier and your service will be cancelled and moved over to the other carrier.

Unfortunately, PM is a prepaid service so no refund.

What is your issue with PM service?

you can seek help, just need to submit ticket .  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

use the chatbot by clicking on the orange bubble on bottom of the page. There's no refunds at PM so maybe just try it out for 30 days as you already paid.
