I have a account for a while now.. I log into my account and asked to resume activation.. When i try to do that . It asked the sim card. I give the one in the phone that was registered.. and says error. I go to my account and keeps bring me back to the start . resume activation. This is so maddening that i want to just cancel. cant even do that if i cant get in my own account.

Are you doing this to the public mobile app?You might have had the account for a while.But did you recently add the ever Eversafe ID?
