I would like to cancel the credit card on file. I have been charged monthly and did not authorize monthly payments from my credit card.

actually, when you joined, there is a box you have to check off to agree for autopay, and you did.

But if you want to remove the card, support can help you to remove the credit card on the system

@Jay58 only customer support can remove the credit card on file . You can also turn off auto subscribe to cancel
