Can’t get data to work

Went through the chat bots few times, it’s not working. I need to get something to work. I have been struggling with this since Fri last week. Please help me use my data I bought with my rewards.

I have & reset the network as well.

you have another phone to test the sim card?

and you checked My Account and confirmed you still have data left?

try to change the network mode to 3G and see if your data starts working

I have an iPhone XR. I tried resetting the network as suggested. I need it to work for my 2nd job 3 nights a week. So it’s been frustrating. Pls help.

what phone you have?

did you check My Account to see if you still have data left? maybe all used up?  To avoid cache problem, Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account and check

if you still have data, make sure you don't have data limit set on your phone, it is a common problem on Android

Also, try Reset All Networks on the phone, and also try your sim on another phone to confirm it is not a problem on your device
