actually, when you joined, there is a box you have to check off to agree for autopay, and you did.
But if you want to remove the card, support can help you to remove the credit card on the system
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@Jay58 only customer support can remove the credit card on file . You can also turn off auto subscribe to cancel
