I no longer know or have access to the email linked to my account and I had to cancel the credit card on the account so I need to be able to login to change it. I have had to create a new account to be able to ask this question. Is there a way for me to recover the account without knowing/ having access to the email linked to my account?

I am in the exact same boat.
I contacted support on Friday and they finally asked for some details like my old email address and phone number. That was about an hour ago. I don't know how long it takes to resolve this as I have had this issue open since last Friday.

did you try using the Forgot Login on the login page? They will send an email to the correct mailbox, you just have to check all the mailbox you have
but if you really cannot find it, then support agent can help or change back to the email address you want to use. Just message them

No, you need the email address associated with your account and password to login.
You need type in Submit a Ticket on Chat but meanwhile purchase a voucher and 611 to enter the voucher number and pin. They can be purchased from 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples while you wait for a response.

@morsuka you can buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 to resume service right away . But if you can’t log in
