what phone you have?
did you check My Account to see if you still have data left? maybe all used up? To avoid cache problem, Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account and check
if you still have data, make sure you don't have data limit set on your phone, it is a common problem on Android
Also, try Reset All Networks on the phone, and also try your sim on another phone to confirm it is not a problem on your device
