Hi community. Presently in USA with plan that covers Can USA and Mexico. Phone is connecting to us network. Cellular is working. No other features apps. Search. Messaging working. Phone says it is offline. Did Network reset. No go. Any suggestions. Thx

Check your roaming settings on your phone, they may be off. So if that is it, then turn your roaming on, and you should be ok.

Not sure what you mean when you say "cellular is working", but I'll take a guess: are you saying phone calls and texts work, but anything data related does not? If that's the case is probably an easy fix. You have to turn Data Roaming ON in your sim card settings on your phone. And just leave it on all the time because Public Mobile is prepaid, and as such there will never be surprise charges.

What phone you have? Phones not on PM's VoLTE whitelist won't work for voice in US

But since your data works, you can use VoIP app like Textnow to make calls of your phone is not on VoLTE whitelist. Download Textnow, setup and use it to make and receive calls

What phone are you using?
Go into Settings, Cellular and turn on data roaming. I'd also go into Settings, Cellular and turn off automatic and choose T-Mobile and then reboot. This should resolve things. Once again, dependant on your phone.
