My plan says that I have unlimited Canada-wide calling, but I get a message saying that I will be charged if I dial a number outside of my local area. Why?

@wandapd @Yes 10 digits as @softech @says and pointed out to me as well , I just knew you needed to add the 1 in front of the contact

@wandapd

You shouldn’t be charged if you have Canada wide calling.

Do you know if you have the old Province wide plan?

Best to check and switch.

@wandapd   this is a glitch. try to reboot your phone once

and try to dial 1 in front of the 10 digits .  It should resolve the issue
