5G AT&T can be problematic sometimes. Try setting your phone to 4G/LTE preferred. And make sure your phone isn't trying to connect to Verizon (only AT&T or T-Mobile).

Can you trying manually selecting the T-Mobile and AT&T networks to see if one of them works? Sometimes, it's possible that the phone doesn't automatically select the best network.
