I would like to ask my public mobile number because my stepmom forgot about it

The account number is usually only used for the purpoaes of transferring the phone number out to another carrier.  Is there a Public Mobile service issue that your stepmother has been trying to get fixed?

Use the app or website to login your account, on account tab on the app, or profile page on the website, you will find your account number
