  • I changed my plan to the canada/us 50GB plan as of July 18. When I traveled through Washington State yesterday I had data and network connection. Now that I am in Oregon, I keep getting message no network connection when I try to use mobile data. Is there a setting that I need to change? Samsumg phone.

5G AT&T can be problematic sometimes. Try setting your phone to 4G/LTE preferred. And make sure your phone isn't trying to connect to Verizon (only AT&T or T-Mobile).

Can you trying manually selecting the T-Mobile and AT&T networks to see if one of them works?  Sometimes, it's possible that the phone doesn't automatically select the best network.
