I got a new subscription plan and decided to change it at the next renewal date but I accidentally hit the "change subscription immediately" button. My last payment was only 7 days ago but I got charged again today. Is there any way that I can get a refund or credit?

Usually, there are no refunds or credits after an immediately plan change, and im the self serve account, there is a warning messagr advising of this asking the customet to agree to that. There are no guarantees but please use the chatbot to open a ticket for contacting a Public Mobile customer support agent.
