I am porting number from Koodo. I downloaded the app but it says subscription not activated and to contact customer service. The agent advised me to request a public number which I cannot do because the app is just telling me to contact an agent. I have been trying to resolve this for 2 days and would like to close my other account. How do I do this

Contact CS_Agent again. You cannot pick a new phone number until a customer support agent fixes the set up of your account.
