Canada/US plan

I have added the Canada/US plan and wondering if I need to turn roaming on while I’m in the US for it to work or if it works without roaming on if I have a Canada/US plan?

for optimum talk experience while in US, ensure that your cellphone is VOLTE enabled by PM...otherwise you need a cell that will drop to 2G for calls, as US has shut down their 3G.

You will need to turn on roaming on your phone when you are in the United States.

@PrincessLC30  Yes you need to turn data roaming on and set phone to 4G/LTE not 5G and connect to T mobile or AT&T . If you have any issues with voice calling try phone set to 2G and connect only to T mobile

yes, you still need to turn on mobile data roaming on your phone when you are in US.  And make sure you connect to T-Mobile or At&T while you are ther
