I just joined public mobile today and somehow my e-sim ended up on my mother’s phone instead of mine.  How can I fix this?

For eSIM, has to be purchase via the PM app on the phone that you want to purchase the eSIM for.

Thank you everyone.  Can I purchase from logging in on a computer or does it have to be from the app?

@Isabellas sorry, eSIM can only be installed once.  Did you use your mom phone to activate the account for you?

while  you can ask support, I doubt they will offer you a free eSIM replacement.  You will likely need to rebuy a new eSIM and install it on your phone

To rebuy new eSIM, First, download the app on your own phone, click   or    at the bottom left to bring up the menu and go to Subscription & Add-on page, scroll down to the bottom and click Shop SIM Card Now.  You can buy and install eSIM from

How did that happen? Did the activation successfully complete?

You will likely need to download the PM app onto your phone.  Then login into your account and unfortunately, need to purchase a new eSIM for your phone.  Unable to transfer eSIM from one account to another.
