I will be heading to the US and I have the Canda-US plan. Do I have to do anything to switch over once I'm there or does it automatically switch over?
thanks,

Hi there @PurplePanda
Ensure that your network is set to automatic and data roaming is turned on. It should connect automatically but it is not a bad idea to restart the phone just incase. Have a nice trip!

Hello @PurplePanda , What they said, plus I've attached a link to U.S. Roaming troubleshooting should it be of help:

Just to add, it never hurts to do a reboot while you're in the US just to make sure you're connected to the first network it finds.

I suggest networks on automatic so that the phone can connect to either AT&T or T-Mobile wherever the coverage is better.

@PurplePanda Just ensure data roaming is turned on in your phone settings . And make sure your connected to T mobile

Set network to automatic, turn on roaming data, to be safe set to 4G LTE etc. Then, do you know if your phone has been enabled for volte yet?
